IMPACT 12: The Printmakers’ Voice (21-25 Sept 2022)

This year IMPACT 12 will focus on the theme of Printmakers’ Voices – bringing together printmakers from across the world both online and in person in Bristol UK.

The programme includes keynote speakers Tracy Hill and Rodrigo Arteaga both exploring the intersection of print, materials and new technologies. There will also be a range of presentations, panels, academic talks, workshops, solo and group exhibitions, a product fair and an open portfolio session all taking place across 4 days.

Please check out the website, which is updated regularly with news and opportunities. We would also encourage you to submit details about your studios, co-operatives and workshops so everyone can take part. With a newfound voice, we hope IMPACT 12 will be able to welcome both old friends and new participants.

IMPACT stands for ‘International Multi-disciplinary Printmaking, Artists, Concepts and Techniques’. Over the past two decades IMPACT has evolved as Europe’s leading academic discourse on printmaking. Printmaking is now integral to the wider academic debate, through practice, theory, visual culture, and is studied across a range of programmes, from undergraduate to PhD around the world.
