• 1 In-Person conference pass
• 1 Virtual conference pass
• Logo on conference web page with link to Sponsor website - all sponsors are included on the IMPACT 12 webpage. Visitors to the website will see the Sponsor logos and can click the logo to access the Sponsor’s website
• Logo visibility from the Lectern and on the digital space (REMO) accessible to those choosing to attend virtually throughout conference
• Printed insert in the delegate bags - to be sent to the organisers by 31st July 2022
• Pens or other marketing material in the delegate bags – sustainable options only (to be provided by the sponsor – deadline date for receipt of item to be confirmed)

Sponsors will provide product and shipping or actual cost to be determined in coordination with conference organisers.
These add-on items are limited in availability and will be guaranteed to sponsors on a first-come, first-served basis once payment is received. Due to the physical nature of these items, they cannot be replicated in a virtual event should the need arise.
Any artwork to be provided by the sponsor for the printed publication no later than 1st June 2022. Digital programs will be available to all attendees.
Product fair spaces require advance confirmation with payment received no later than 1st July 2022. Spaces are limited due to capacity and will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis with paid sponsorship or paid product fair space. All prices are subject to VAT.
