There are a few items needed for a successful event and that help create a positive experience, these include;

• Cotton Conference Bags - Attendees appreciate being able to carry their conference materials and personal items in a branded and responsibly made tote bag. Not only are these used in the conference venue, but will be seen on the streets of Bristol as attendees make their way around town and between their hotel and the conference venue.

• Insert into conference bags – sustainable options only.

• Water bottles and / or reusable coffee cups - Ready to help make the conference more sustainable?
• Providing branded water bottles and / or coffee cups to attendees will help them stay properly hydrated while reducing the overall carbon footprint. This is an item that can be used for years – keeping your logo ever-present in attendees’ minds.

• Drinks reception sponsorship

• Sponsorship of Keynote speakers

• Sponsorship of the conference Team T shirts – worn by all CFPR staff and conference helpers in prominent places at the conference

• Sponsors will provide product and shipping or actual cost to be determined in coordination with conference organisers.

These add-on items are limited in availability and will be guaranteed to sponsors on a first-come, first-served basis once payment is received. Due to the physical nature of these items, they cannot be replicated in a virtual event should the need arise.

Digital programs will be available to all attendees.

Exhibition spaces require advance confirmation with payment received no later than 1st Feb 2023.

Spaces are limited due to capacity and will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis with paid sponsorship or paid exhibition space. All prices are subject to VAT.
